Remove redundant HAVE_TCATTR defines.
* src/s/unixware.h (HAVE_TCATTR):
* src/s/aix4-2.h (HAVE_TCATTR): Remove definitions, not needed.
systty.h defines it when HAVE_TERMIOS is defined.
